Use this form only when the right of withdrawal applies.
The contract is formed when The Joystick Club confirms the order. The fourteen-day period runs from that confirmation. If the service has already started at your request, the service already provided may still be due.
A leisure service on a fixed date, such as an event, may fall outside the right of withdrawal. The request is still recorded and reviewed.
